• Veteran Verification: The App is designed exclusively for verified U.S. Military Veterans. To create an account, you must successfully complete our verification process using your Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or ID.me credentials.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Acceptable Use and Conduct

Vets Net Call is a trusted network for Veterans to connect and communicate. You agree to use the App responsibly and respectfully.

You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including falsely claiming a rank or military branch.
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the App's security or End-to-End Encryption features.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.

Safety and Moderation: The App includes tools to block users and report abusive behavior. We actively review user reports to maintain a safe network. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules of conduct or if you are found to be harassing other Veterans on the network.

3. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our data practices, including how we handle your information, are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Key commitments include:

• We do not sell your data.
• We use End-to-End Encryption to secure your messages and voice notes.
• You can request the permanent deletion of 100% of your data at any time, which will be completed within 45 days.
• We will notify you within 72 hours if a data breach occurs.

4. User-Generated Content

When you use the App, you may create text messages, voice notes, and upload photos.

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and send through the App.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not actively monitor encrypted communications.
• Removal: You can delete your own messages and archives. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive.

5. Intellectual Property
